We have a manufacturing unit at Batala (Punjab), Which is equipped with 500 Kg. capacity medium frequency Induction Furnace and 500 Kg. capacity Rotary furnace with Laboratory to take care of sand, chemical, mechanical and metallurgical test. All chemical analysis of metals and raw material are subject to counter checking and confirmation by spectra analysis and close monitor is maintained on each and every sample done by the conventional wet process of the factory. We have a tie up with Government Technical Institute at Batala at a distance of 2 K.M. from our factory. They have Baird spectra meter along with a sophisticated tool room.
We have machine molding as well as hand molding machine facilities. In the machine molding division, we have four molding machines with mechanized sand distribution and knock out system for green sand molding. In hand molding division, we employ Co2 process for molding 3-part. No bake system for coke making. We also have core shooter for making shell cores that we are using regularly in our scaffolding castings.

We are manufacturing regularly the following types of castings such as :
Heat & Corrosion-Resistant Castings, S. G. Iron of all grades. Black Hearth malleable castings Alloy cast iron & C. I. Castings. We have men, methods and materials to manufacture quality castings as per specific requirement of specification drawing of our esteemed customers, confirming to Indian and International standards. We have four Thread rolling machines for making Tie Rods and can produce 15 rods/hour. We could also supply any shape and specification in pressed steel components & forging upto your requirements.
